Our Apart Hotel is located just a few steps away from our B&B, and they are both
located 13 blocks, a 15 minute walk or a 2 USD taxi ride from the beach and the
5th Avenue. A major supermarket, banks and local restaurants are only 5 minutes
walk away.
We have 14 studio rooms, each studio has a small equipped kitchen, a seating area
with sofa bed, table and chairs, sleeping area, a/c and private bathroom with hot
and cold water, coffee maker, toaster, daily cleaning, big 20 lt water bottle..
Our breakfast is self service and is set up in the garden, it is a perfect moment to
meet other guests and exchange travel tips. If you do not have breakfast included the
price is 5 usd per person.
Free Wi-Fi is available in common areas.
We have bicycle rental (100 pesos a week), laundry service and organize airport
transfers.(65 usd from airport / 105 usd return / 45 usd to airport)
Many of our guests come to stay for long periods, some of them while studying
spanih at one of the local language schools, like Solexico, Playalingua, academia
Columbus, IH,Sprachcafe or el estudiante, if you are coming to study, ask for our
long term discount!
